The Certificate IV in Frontline Management (BSB40807) is a nationally-recognised qualification suited to individuals who take the first line of management in an organisational or industry context (ie. people in roles such as Coordinator, Team Leader, Leading Hand, or Supervisor). They may have existing qualifications and technical skills in any given vocation or profession, yet require skills or recognition in supervisory functions. Typically they would report to a manager. At this level frontline managers provide leadership and guidance to others and take responsibility for the effective functioning and performance of the team and its work outcomes.

Course Overview
This qualification requires completion of ten (10) units of competency, comprising four (4) core units and six (6) elective units - addressing a variety of topics and subject-matter areas including, but not limited to: OHS Compliance & Monitoring; Workplace Leadership & Team Effectiveness; Operational Plan Implementation; Risk Management; Financial Reporting; Network & Relationship Management; and Workplace Communication.
